Terms of Service

These Terms of Service are a binding agreement between you and insiderOne Technologies FZE LLC, a company incorporated in the United Arab Emirates and the operator of insiderOne Career OS ("the Platform", "Career OS"). insiderOne AI and insiderOne Career OS are brands of the same group. Operations are carried out from our India offices in Gurgaon, New Delhi and Guwahati, and our Indian holding company is Aurist Private Limited.

By accessing or using the Platform you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform. Except where local law provides otherwise, these Terms are governed by the laws of India, as set out in section 13.

1. The service

insiderOne CareerOS is a career intelligence platform that helps students and early professionals discover their career direction, build a verified career identity, simulate interviews, discover opportunities, and track their professional growth. The platform is powered in part by AI, including ZENOR-Æ, our AI career copilot.

2. Eligibility

You may use CareerOS if you are:

• At least 16 years of age.
• Capable of entering into a binding contract under applicable law.
• Not prohibited from using the Platform under any applicable laws.

By creating an account, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

3. Your account

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information when creating your account.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately at contactus@insiderone.in if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.
• You may not share your account or allow others to access it.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Upload false, misleading, or inaccurate career information.
• Impersonate another person or create a misleading Career Identity.
• Use the Platform to harass, abuse, or harm others.
• Attempt to circumvent any security measures, access control, or rate limits.
• Use automated tools (bots, scrapers) to extract data from the Platform without written permission.
• Use the Platform for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these Terms.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, or create derivative works of the Platform.

5. AI-generated content

CareerOS uses AI to generate career insights, recommendations, interview feedback, and Career DNA. You acknowledge that:

• AI-generated content is for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional career, legal, or financial advice.
• AI outputs may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or inappropriate, so always apply your own judgement.
• You are responsible for any decisions you make based on AI-generated content.
• We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or fitness for purpose of any AI-generated content.

6. Your content

You retain ownership of the career data and content you upload to CareerOS. By submitting content, you grant insiderOne a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, and display your content solely for the purpose of providing the Platform to you.

You represent that you own or have the rights to all content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights or applicable laws.

7. Public Career Identity

When you share your Career ID or public profile link, selected profile data becomes publicly accessible to anyone with that link. You are responsible for choosing what information to make public. We are not responsible for how third parties use publicly shared career information.

8. iOPC score and credibility metrics

The iOPC (insiderOne Professional Credibility) score is a proprietary metric calculated from your self-reported career data, assessment responses, and platform activity. It is an indicative score for self-reflection and development purposes only. It does not constitute a verified professional credential or certification, and insiderOne makes no representation that employers or institutions will recognise or use this score.

9. Intellectual property

All Platform content, features, designs, trademarks, and technology (excluding your content) are the property of insiderOne and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

10. Disclaimers and limitation of liability

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, INSIDERONE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS, DATA, OR GOODWILL, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the amount you paid to insiderOne in the 12 months preceding the claim, or INR 1,000, whichever is greater.

11. Termination

You may delete your account at any time from your account settings. We may suspend or terminate your account if you breach these Terms, with or without notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Platform ceases immediately.

12. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes by email or a prominent notice on the Platform. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

13. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in New Delhi, India.
